Officer - Field Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Conducting direct sales in the field for the district that they are responsible for.
- Conducting both B2B & B2C sales by approaching shops, small businesses, and individual customers.
- Consistently meeting sales targets set by Regional Sales Managers.
- Communicating customers- requirements to the business to ensure that sales strategies are adapted based on market trends.
- Conducting market research and submit reports to the Regional Sales Managers.
- Conducting analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitor ventures.
- Conducting & reporting on surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
