Officer - Field Sales - BFS (0-3 yrs)
- The primary responsibility of the sales representative is to bring in new customers to the branch's catchment area, develop relationships, increase liability, and increase income through cross-selling different banking products.
Responsibilities :
- Reliable corporate sources for salary accounts.
- Use low-cost micromarketing initiatives to generate leads near catchment areas.
- Actively look for new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Create and maintain client connections as well as lead generation.
- Create plans for more successful sales.
- Keep your customer and company ties strong in an effort to increase customer lifetime value.
Requirements :
- A degree in any subject.
- Field Sales experience of six months to three years.
- A goal-oriented, results-driven, and sales-focused approach
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking services and products.
