- Inbound & Outbound calls
- Making Follow-up calls & Fixing appointments
- Outbound Calling on Data collected through lead generation activities
- Handling the customer queries
- Keep records of call
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
