Job Description :
- Develop and manage the relationship between IMTD and internal and external partners
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing team members- work
- As required, manage project teams and working groups; identify requirements, chair meetings, set objectives and goals and timetables
- Monitor and evaluate the quality, accuracy and outcome of work
- Plans, creates and conducts presentations to staff and partners for sales your target
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Candidate Profile :
- Profile : Sales Manager
- Location : MP location
- 2-5 Yrs. in sales with 1-3 yrs. sales & Marketing
- CTC : Up to 4.4 LPA + Incentives
- Graduation is Mandatory for this job
