Position : Customer Success Officer
Location : Gurgaon, Haryana
Age Criteria: Minimum 22
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring Customer Experience & Success
- Driving Positive Feedback, CSAT & NPS
- Managing Customer VOC & Survey Campaigns
- Online Reputation Management
- Reporting & MIS of Customer Support
- Audits & Quality
Skills Required :
- Comm Skill - Proficient in English (Both Oral & Written) & Hindi
- Hands on experience of MS Office & Outlook (Office 365 will be added advantage)
- Proficient with MS Excel Features (Functions, Pivot, Text to Column etc.)
- Analytical Skills for Managing the Customer Experience
- Experience of Customer Support
- Experience with Call & Process Audits
- Experience with MS Office
- Team Handling Experience
