Purpose of the Job :

Deliverables (key responsibilities) :
Customer Service :
1. Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining + In store Sales
2. The cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
3. Generate Sales leads
5. Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
6. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.
7. Ensure completion of store operational requirements

Educational Level Must have :
- Graduation is a must
- MBA (Preferred)
- Working Experience Must have: Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience
