Officer - Customer Relationship - Bank (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
The CRO's primary responsibility is to monitor the day to day activities of the BCSA and to motivate the Agents to increase the Banking (FI) and other products business in the assigned Village
- Conduct Village Survey for the assigned villages to assess potential for starting BCO(Business Correspondent Office)
- Sourcing BC points for Non-banking outlets
- To visit the BC points in the assigned area for business mobilization.
- Coordination with Branch office for documentation and other transactions.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Should have good knowledge of the area under his operation.
- Customer service orientated and business sourcing ability required
- Presentable with good communication and rapport building skills
Desired Profile :
Requires extensive travelling in the rural areas.
Intermediate /Graduation with relevant sales Experience in handling Banking / Insurance products / Any other field related job.
Experience : 1 + years
Communication : Vernacular & Able to understand English.
- Note : Valid Driving License & Two Wheeler Must-
