Officer - CASA Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
- A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business by acquiring customers and promoting Current Account and Savings Account products offered by the bank. This role requires a combination of sales skills, relationship-building, and financial product knowledge.
Responsibilities :
- Acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
- Cold calling, emailing, and meeting potential clients.
- Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate banking solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Cross-selling other banking products based on customer needs.
- Meeting individual and team sales targets.
Required Candidate profile :
- Any Bachelor degree.
Experience : 1 to 2 years.
Age : 21 to 30 years.
- Good Conversation skill.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
