Officer - CASA Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
- A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling current and savings accounts to individuals and businesses. They play a crucial role in generating new business and increasing the deposit base of the bank or financial institution.
Responsibilities :
- Actively identify and approach potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to promote current and savings account products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers .
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account openings.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the bank.
Required Candidate profile :
- Any Bachelor degree.
- Experience : 1 to 2 years.
- Age : 21 to 30 years.
- Good Conversation skill.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
