Officer - CASA Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
Position Title : CASA - Sales Officer
Job Purpose : To acquire CASA, Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Opening New Accounts (Savings and Current) In the Branch's Catchment Area
- Good Corporate Sourcing of Salary Accounts
- Increase Wallet Share of Our Banking Products, Such as Insurance, Mortgages, Ul, Sip, And Mutual Funds, As Well As Activate Newly Opened Accounts, Upi Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings Balance, And Manage the Portfolio.
- Take Part in Corporate Induction and Migration Activities In The Neighborhood
- To Capitalize on Current Connections with SMS, Forge Strong Relationships With Internal Teams.
- Conduct Low-Cost Micromarketing Campaigns to Generate Leads Near Catchment Areas
- acquire customers for Current Accounts & Savings Accounts Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporates.
- To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.
- To Cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Asset Products, etc.
- Responsible for Sourcing High-Value CASA customers along with the entire Family Banking relationships.
- Hard-core Sales Mentality. Primary Motivation from the Achievement of Targets. A Hunter by Orientation.
Preferred Qualification and Experience :
- Graduate/post-graduate
- 1 - 2years of Sales experience

- Sales & Networking Skills
- Good Communication & Listening Skills
- Goal/Target oriented
- IRDA & AMFI certification is preferred. This is a must post joining.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
