Officer - CASA Sales - Bank (0-3 yrs)
1. Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
2. Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates.
3. Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc. & manage the portfolio.
4. Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.
5. Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME.
6. Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
The required candidate profile :
1. Education : Any bachelor's degree
2. Experience : Prior experience in sales or business development, particularly in the banking industry, is desirable.
3. Communication skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Sales skills : Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, negotiate effectively, and close deals, are required.
5. Customer service orientation : A customer service orientation, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers, is important.
