Officer - CASA Sales (1-3 yrs)
A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling Current Account and Savings Account products to prospective customers. They play a crucial role in generating new business for the bank or financial institution by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting appropriate banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products
- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance procedures.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for opening new current and savings accounts, and achieving revenue goals set by the bank.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.
- Have a deep understanding of the bank's CASA products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Required Candidate profile:
- Graduation only.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years.
- Age: 21 to 30 years.
- Good Conversation skill.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
