Job Description :

- Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce department of the company with a significant online presence.

- Researching and identifying new market opportunities.

- Manage the Firms social media channels including engagement, postings and analytics.

- Responsible for website management content creation, product updates, monthly communication updates, lead generation tools optimization and integration with different e-commerce website to enhance customer experience & lead generation.

- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

- Review problems, understanding the major impacts to technical and business related areas, and provide basic recommendations and solutions that can be implemented to correct the problem.

- Planning and executing various promotions for the company like Brand Promotion, Product Promotion, Event Promotion and Deal of the day, Super Saver, Weekend Campaign, Mid-Night Sale.

- Performed competitor analysis to get a holistic view of the web site to identify key areas of focus and make strategic decisions.

- Manage and monitor the online product catalog (add/edit products, prices, sales, categorization) through the Content Management System or backend processes.

- Managing the portal for matters related to payments, product uploads, changes to listings, stock updates and product promotion.

- Maintaining labelling compliance according to product safety policy. Participates in creation and maintenance of product traceability numbers (Inventory management) and Product packing for everyday sales.

- The Ideal candidate should have a passion for all the tasks related to e-commerce. Enhance the Company business through Digital mode.
