Officer - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- A sales officer is in charge of selling insurance policies to prospective clients. As a sales officer, you must prospect for new customers while also cultivating relationships with existing ones.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends is preferred.
- Age : 22 to 45
- Must be a local candidate
- Graduation in any discipline
Responsibilities and roles include :
- Developing and implementing sales and revenue-boosting strategies.
- Create and present regular reports on sales, revenue, and market trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and underwriting teams to ensure that processes are as smooth and efficient as possible.
