Responsibilities:
1. Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction.
2. Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
3. Approaching Potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.
4. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
5. Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order reorder etc.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
5. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
