Officer - Business Development/Direct Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Job Rolls & Responsibilities :
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
- Reach Out To Customer Leads Through Cold Calling
- Getting leads from allotted Bank and source business through direct marketing techniques.
- Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationship with customers in Bank.
- Following-up on leads of high net worth individuals
Skills Experience & Qualification: ( Framework required by the position)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking, Finance Securities, Investment & insurance sector in sales & marketing profile
- Graduation is mandatory to apply for this job
- Candidate having best of knowledge of BFSI sector
- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
- Candidate is ready for work with bank staff
- Age below 38
