Officer - Branch Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Job Rolls& Responsibility :
- lead will be provided by bank branch
- Educate the Customer about the product
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- To close the leads provided by Company
- Lead Generate/Lead Close
- Proper use of existing infrastructure.
- Insurance companies can use the already existing outlets of banks in the rural areas to sell products in those areas.
- Developing new financial products more efficiently in collaboration with their bank partners.
- Establishing market presence rapidly without the need to build up a network of agents or brokers.
- Can reach more customers without having to invest in more offices and manpower
- Development of a digital open-standards platform with bank and insurer applications
- Relationship banking in established markets.
- To achieve these goals, bancassurers must navigate a complex, varied, and highly competitive environment.
