We are hiring Business Development Executive/ Sales Development Representative/ Sales executive role (BDO/BDA)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- B2C Consultative Selling to Students & Parents.

- Calling the leads and fixing demo classes for students

- Selling the BasicFirst product based on the demo class

- Follow-up with the leads diligently on a regular basis

- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

- Maximizing leads conversion

- Account Management of customers for error-free service

- Providing customer support to existing customers

- Managing and allocating the leads to executives for maximum conversion

- Coordinating with Marketing, Operations and Finance teams.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate from Science & Engineering Stream (BE, BTech, ME, MTech, BSc, MSc etc.)

- 0 to 3 years of Sales And Business Development experience

- Freshers can also apply

Preferred Skillset :

- Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

- Sales Drive and resilience

- Experience in consultative selling

- Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented

- Business Development

- B2C sales experience mostly

CTC: 3-7LPA fixed + Incentives + Foreign Trip + Medical Insurance
