We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Officer Sales & Assistant Manager Sales. This dual-role position is integral to driving our sales strategies and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager in implementing sales plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Officer Sales

- Prospect and Generate Leads : - Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.

- Customer Engagement :- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Sales Presentations :- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

- Sales Targets :- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team objectives.

- Market Research :- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.

- Reporting :- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity summaries, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.

- Assistant Manager Sales

- Sales Strategy Support :- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Team Coordination :- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales goals and provide support and guidance as needed.

- Sales Training :- Help train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and sales techniques.

- Client Relationship Management :- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Sales Operations :- Oversee sales operations to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall team performance.

- Performance Analysis : Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management.

- Event Participation : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and generate new leads.

Qualifications and Skills :

-Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Experience 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and influence effectively.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.

Analytical Skills : Proficient in analyzing sales data and using insights to drive performance.

Time Management : Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
