As the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

What You Will Do :

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

- Expand the existing relationship with customers by proposing solutions that meet their objective.

- Upselling new categories, cross selling products based on customer needs.

- Collaborate with operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements within the agreed SLA.

- Resolve any issues faced by the customer; ensure redressal for complaints within shortest span of time.

What You Will Need :

- 1-3 yrs experience in sales/business development/ key account management

- Understanding of E-commerce business model

- Exceptional communication skills


- Fast learner to grasp the existing categories at Officepulse.

- Be well versed with & able to take initiative in a fast paced e-commerce start-up and a generalist do-what- it takes mind-set.
