Hiring Office Coordinator (Female) for Media Industry /Day Shift/ 15K/ Janak Puri

Experience - 0 - 2 Years.

Qualification - Any UG, Graduate

Salary - 15K

Shift Timings - 11am to 8pm

6 Days working, Wednesday fixed off

Office Coordinator Job Duties :

- Coordination with clients over the phone.

- Followup with clients after providing the quotation.

- Manages documentation

- Organizes relevant office events.

- Communicates and coordinates with staff for the purpose of execution of work and timely delivery to clients handling mails.

- Organizes & schedules client meetings

- Caters to Clients complaints in a timely and efficient manner

- Keeps office clean and organised to promote an efficient working environment. handle the social media

- salary up to 15k

- fresher with excellent comms can apply

- should be creative

- should know how to handle social media pages

- excellent in writing.

- should be presentable.

Any female with good communication skills, Self motivated and pleasing personality can apply.

Salary: INR 90,000 - 1,75,000 P.A.
