JD :
- Provide customer with Demo & trainings
- Successfully sell our technology advantages over competing solutions
- Notifying new clients about new feature releases, upselling new features
- Keeping customer data updated into CRM system.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
- Monitor and create weekly reports.
- Monitoring clients traffic drops via panel. Contacting client to avoid possible churn.
