OFCSPC - Executive - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Responsible for generating leads through market research/calling - Leasing of warehouses.
- Responsible for the leads generated through online campaigns.
- Responsible for handling team to conduct vacant warehouse survey to maintain a strong inventory base.
- Provide potential tenants with a tour of property highlighting the valuable features of the premises in order to convince customers and influence lease.
- Maintain contact with lessees during their tenancy period to oversee their welfare and help resolve property issues.
- Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents.
- Elaborate the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenants.
- Guide the activities and operations of leasing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
- Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files.
- Planning and delivering CRM campaigns encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Analyzing & optimizing direct communications through data analysis with customers
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability
