About The Role :


> Our Target Clients - SMEs - prefer not to commit their Finances Upfront for the purpose of procuring Raw Materials in order to maintain working capital liquidity. Hence, they are always looking out for financial support (Credit/Lending). That is the exact segment that we are targeting at OXYZO and the Business Development Manager will be responsible to increase our penetration into the same space.

- As a Business Development Manager, you will pitch our Financial Products to Dehradun/Uttarakhand based SMEs and onboard them to our clientele. This role owns the complete Client Acquisition Cycle - Hunting, Consultative Selling, Negotiation, Closures

- Identification and Client acquisition of SME Clients


Responsibilities :


1. Identification and Client acquisition of SME Clients

2. Defining new/unexplored segments for Portfolio Growth

3. Assist with underwriting of the Client's finances (Hygiene Checks on eligibility)

4. Owning and Growing the Targeted Business Segment from New Business Acquisition perspective

Ideal Persona :


1. MBA from a decent B-School

2. B2B Sales Experience is highly preferred

3. Ambitious, Energetic and Hunger to Grow

4. Innate Hustlers who are ready to go the extra mile

5. Strong Potential to scale into a Leader

6. Excellent Sales Acumen
