Title : Specialist, Research

Department : Research

Shift : Night 6:30 PM - 3:30 PM(Transport provided within the grid)


Requirements :


- Experience in handling escalations and grievances form the clients


- Experience in handling international clients


- Good written and verbal communication


- An experience in Mortgage, Insurance or Banking domain preferable


- Good Analytical and Logical thinking ability to resolve complex Research cases


Qualifications:


- Should be a graduate


- Except MBA, other post graduations with relevant experience can be considered


Responsibilities:

- Review customer's correspondence in order to comprehend the nature of inquiry/complaint


- Carry out detailed and accurate analysis of the customer's concern and provide a complete and accurate response

- Coordinate with other Business Units to obtain data/details required to respond effectively and within TAT to customer correspondence

- Support the Research department by performing all processing and administrative duties to support the department

- Coach and support new joiners by providing process support and perform OJT (On-the-Job) training

- Assist writers in analyzing the case and give direction for the expected resolution

- Keep the team updated with all process level changes and updates

- Maintain and track all the process level queries raised by respective team

- Produce Ad-hoc reports and perform duties as assigned by the department manager

- Accurately document case summary, action taken and root cause in Real Servicing and casework application

- Attend minimum 1 process calibration in a month

Qualifications :

- Graduate degree from an accredited university

- Excellent English comprehension skills, with exposure to American English usage

- Good written and verbal communication skills - should be able to write up and articulate complex cases concisely

- Logical and Analytical thinking ability to resolve complex Research cases

- Should have 1-3 years experience handling international Clients in a third party setup

- Preferably, should have experience working in a Mortgage, Insurance, Banking or Origination process

Preferably, should have experience working in one of the below job roles for international clients:

- Customer Correspondence

- Grievance redressal

- Ombudsman

- Escalation Desk in Back Office support (L2, L3, Support)
