About the Role : The Sales Manager at Oculture will be responsible for closing client meetings and overseeing property procurement. This position requires expertise in leading strategic client engagement and negotiating property acquisitions aligned with organisational goals.

Key Requirements :

1. Client Meetings :

- Actively participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our properties.

2. Client Agreement Closure :

- Utilize your sales expertise to lead negotiations and successfully close client agreements.

3. Property Procurement :

- Engage with property owners, negotiate terms, and procure properties that enhance our real estate portfolio.

Qualifications :

1. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry.

2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

3. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property acquisition processes.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings and successfully close agreements.

CTC : 4.2 LPA - 4.8 LPA
