About the Role :

- As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a pivotal role within our dynamic team, collaborating with seasoned professionals in a supportive and cooperative environment. This role offers you hands-on engagement, allowing you to refine your skills and make meaningful contributions across different stages of the sales process. From initiating lead generation to executing online property marketing, you'll undertake diverse responsibilities based on your performance.

Key Requirements:

- Lead Generation : Proactively reach out to potential sellers to initiate leads and foster client relationships.

- Cold Calling : Strategic cold calling techniques to reach potential clients and create impactful first impressions.

- Customer Engagement : Handle incoming inquiries and calls resulting from various marketing initiatives, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.

- Performance Analysis : Compile and generate comprehensive reports to extract insights into different customer segments, facilitating informed decision-making.

- Market Research : Map out relevant sectors to identify suitable projects for acquiring units, contributing to strategic business expansion.
