What we are looking for:
- A unique level of expertise, experience, and qualities, including :
- An MSc, BSc or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Deep knowledge and expertise in math or science area (e.g. a college degree or teaching certification in math or science)
- Prior Experience of managing and leading people
- Prior experience of coaching or training people.
- Experience of leading and working in content or copywriting is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to think through short term and long term strategies related to content creation priorities
- Teaching or tutoring experience at the K-12 or university level
- You're a strong communicator, equipped with different strategies for delivering effective feedback and for articulating how to make great ideas and content even better
- Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiastic about experimentation
Some of the responsibilities you will be taking up are following
- Identifying and grooming a team for executing the content creation process.
- Creative lesson plan and content development for school subjects (Maths,Science)
- Managing the project completely and independently right from its inception till its delivery
- Reviewing and finalizing questions made by peers, validating translated questions and content, to enhance the quality of questions.
- Content development work, reviewing the content created by Interns
- As a Curriculum Designer, you would be responsible for shaping our Academic content for Grades 5-12.
