OceanOfWeb - Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Sales - Agrochemical Segment (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients

- Building business relationship with the clients in Agro and generating business opportunities from new accounts and developing them to get consistent profitability & growth by identifying and mapping potential A class customers for agrochemical technical and formulations in part bulk.

- Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.

- Leads new business meetings and closes sales to Corporates / State Agriculture dept. .

- Leverages the organization's relationship with existing accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.

- Develops and maintains relationships with Corporates.

- Acts as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of the sales and marketing process.

- Collaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.

- Works closely with team members to further develop sales opportunities.

Educational & Training Requirements :

B.Sc/M.Sc. (Ag) + MBA (Marketing) preferable

Knowledge, Experience and Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Sales with Agrochemical Companies

- Exposure in handling agro-pesticide products

- Exposure in liaison with department officials & key corporate clients

- Technical knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.

- Ability to build loyal, trusted relations with customers and key internal stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability influencing others.
