Ocean Waves Hotel - Associate - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
Job Roles :
- Will be handling outbound and inbound cold/Hot Tele calls and fix appointments pertaining to your sales targets given by your Team Leader
- Will submit the fixed appointment leads to your respective TL
- Will be doing follow-up calls given by your TL
- Will be responsible for the quality handling of your calls and following all the process guidelines given to you in your CRM
- Will create the need in every call and give 100% product awareness to your client
- Will follow-up with the direct sales team and confirm the sales conversion and if not met by them then you will do the follow-up call with the same clients and try to convert them into sales
- Will be doing referral recruitments for all departments (to earn extra incentives)
- Will be following and adhering to the targets given to you by your Team Leader
- Will be reporting to your Area Team Leader in your CRM
