Objectiwitty Agro is a startup focused on building purpose driven brands for the Millennial Generation of India. We are an ambitious organisation, whose founders have vast industry experience in commodities and FMCG.

We are looking for energetic individuals, who would help us with pre-sales activities on online stores and marketplaces, co-ordinate with e-retailers and e-distributors and help us with listing and placement activities. The incumbent is expected to eventually grow into a sales manager's role.

Responsibilities :

- Understand marketplace needs, requirements and limitations.

- Research new marketplaces/distributors, identify key players and generate interest.

- Cold call new potential customers, client business referrals, or web leads.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

- Should be very rigorous on sales follow-up activities.

Requirements :

- Should have very good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Should have very good marketing research skills and should be able to create a rapport with the customers

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.

- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.

- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
