O4S - Presales Specialist (1-3 yrs)
- Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team
- Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects
- Confer with Clients/Prospects and Sales Team to Gather Requirements
- Complete Understanding of O4S Products to find the right fit for the customers by analyzing their requirements
- Draft Functional Solution Blueprint of Current Landscape and Proposed Process for Prospects/Clients
- Resolve Product and Technical Queries of Prospects
- Support Facility Assessments, Live Demonstrations and PoCs
- Liaise with the Product Team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Product Demonstrations and PoC
- Assist Sales Team in building a compelling and competitive business case
- Create Service Agreement, Project Implementation Plan and SoW
- Prepare Gantt Charts and Implementation Timelines for UAT/ Go-Live
- Assist in Onboarding of New Client and Manages hand over to Operations and Delivery Team
