Job responsibilities :

- Implement performance plans according to company procedure

- Appointment of new Dealers/distributors in new markets.

- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews

- Responsible for the sales target given to him for his area.

- Analyzing the market position, competitors, threats,opportunities.

- Guiding and monitoring the performance of his team.

- Full market & team reporting to the company

- Responsible for the overall sales & distribution of his assigned area.

- Develop strategic brand plan, complete with outlined objectives, strategy and tactics, promotional strategy,ensuring expansion and growth goals are met Solicit, prospect and develop a new clientele and maintain them

- Analyze market data (consumer, competitive economic, positioning, distributions channels, trends,and advertising) that is relevant for future brand innovation plans.

- Create and deliver senior management presentations like project updates, annual strategy reviews and fiscal year planning meetings

- Develop and manage budgets and financial documents,maintain relevant digital strategy and tools.

- Responsible for pricing strategies Product Awareness Building, Visibility & Merchandising.

- Analyzing and handling Competition and competitor activities.

Skills:

- Market knowledge of product combinations sold in India

- Exposure to sale of high end baby food and kids food products

- Sound understanding of modern management techniques applicable to their field
