Purpose of position: Oversee day to day activities of the outlet. Lead, Direct and Supervise Spa team in creating an outstanding experience for the customer. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Major responsibilities: Revenue generation and managing operational costs, Customer service management & customer retention, Staff management and retention, Maintenance of spa, Adhering to SOP.

Revenue : 40%
Customer sevice & retention : 25%
Spa maintenance &Adherence to SOP: 20%
Employee retention : 15%
Qualification & Experience : Graduate with at least 4 years of work experience from Hotel Industry
Skills and qualities : Detail oriented, Sales skills, Flexibility, Consistently motivating and directing employees, Service oriented, Operation monitoring skills, Quality control analysis, Time management.
