Role Description :


- Your job is very straightforward. In a nutshell, You get to bring money into the company's bank account.

How? As you know business development of a company comprises branding, marketing, pre-sales, sales and post sales. You will be the person who is responsible for the tasks to be done under the above mentioned five activities.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Managing all sales partners regularly and maintaining CRM

- Preparing Scope, Proposals and Demos for customers to present capability

- Co-ordination with multiple teams to execute lead generation campaign

- Strategize, build and operate marketing and lead generation campaigns

- Manage Monthly Marketing & Sales Activities and drive team for execution

- Knowledge of different technology models and technical services.

- Idea about software development process and lifecycle.

- Prepare reports and analysis on submitted RFPs

- Should possess knowledge in Mobile & Web Application Development.

- Should create/ maintain functional specifications/ records.

- Should communicate the requirements effectively to the team, and present clear summaries of findings and analysis.

- Should do detailed analysis of functional requirements and prepare cost and effort estimation by collaborating with the development team.

- Should be well aware of the latest happenings and technologies in Industry.

- Helping the team with Podcasts, webinars and other branding works.

1. What is Our team size - Our team comprises of 35 full time employees and overall team size will be around 60+.

2. Who will be your Reporting authority - You will be closely working with the directors of the company and your team members like digital marketing executive, business development executive, designers, content writers, our overseas partners and outsources marketing team if any.

3. What will be the Required tech knowledge - you necessarily need not have any specific tech knowledge. But It is preferred that you know the basics of coding, software development topics.

- As you grow with us, you definitely need to know about the basics of tech stacks and the keywords used in the IT industry with respect to technology. But do not worry, It comes with practice.

4. What about the KT Period & Probation - Knowledge transfer is done through videos and meetings. It generally takes the first 2 weeks to complete the basic knowledge transfer. As you start working, simultaneously you will learn as you work.

5. What is the strength of the sales team - Sales as of now is being taken care by the directors. But We have 1 intern and 2 full timers with respect to inhouse marketing. But there are a lot of opportunities for onsite with respect to tech positions as we are trying to scale rapidly in a few countries. But there are very less chances of onsite opportunities for this specific position. However, there may be domestic or most probably international business trips in the future which are left to see.
