Nykaa - Executive/Senior Executive - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a beauty enthusiast who is interested in marketing.
- Understanding brand briefs from BMs for new launches, big event days etc.
- Brainstorming on ideas + creating first level planning decks for brands based on briefs
- Day to day coordination with BMs on changes in schedule across multiple marketing channels
- Understanding how multiple marketing channels work to help improve brand performance, interest in media is a plus
- Working on quarterly, half yearly reports as per requirements
- Monthly data to be populated for brand teams for multiple channels
- Stay on top of competitor's marketing efforts
- Ability to work with a lot of cross functional teams - excellent communication and organization skills are a must
- Calendar planning & alignment of social media with the agency based on the on-site plan
- Co-ordination between BMs and Agency for monthly requirements for shoots
- Discussing shoot references with the agency to ensure fresh content is created based on the on-site plan
- Copy / post QC for the social channels once the content is posted
- Co-ordinating on content creator plans with the agency - keeping an eye on top influencers, innovations in the male grooming space
- Day to day coordination with the agency for BAU activities
- Contests & Winners to be managed for social
- Working on monthly/ weekly reports for the channel - analyzing performance and using insights for channel growth
- Analyzing upcoming trends in the men's grooming space and working on new ideas with the agency
