Qualifications / requirements :
 
- Highly-refined writing and editing skills, including grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

- Primary language skills; English and secondary: Hindi. Proficiency in any other languages is an add on.

- Content and messaging strategy experience.

- Ability to stay up to date with beauty, lifestyle, wellness and grooming trends.

- Ability to create, track and manage timelines effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities by effectively scheduling and prioritizing.

- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and millennial consumer communication.

- Ability to look for new ideas and approaches to problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement of our process.

- Keen eye for detail and aesthetic

- Monthly trend spotting and data analysis in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle genre.

- Quarterly strategy evaluation

Work experience :

- BA graduate in English / Journalism / Mass Media or any other Arts related field.

- Advertising experience

- 3-4 years of content writing and strategy experience with tangible examples.
