You're ideal for this role, if:

Team Leadership: You can effectively oversee Growth Managers and Associates across different language regions, ensuring cohesive strategy and execution in events and outreach.

Event Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale, successful offline events like workshops, seminars, and college tech fests.

Sales and Conversion Skills: Proven track record of guiding teams to convert event attendees into leads and customers, aligning with our Pre-Sales/Sales team efforts.

Market Research and Adaptation: Ability to conduct and oversee comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and tailor events to specific regional demographics.

Thriving in High-Growth Environments: Comfortable and effective in the dynamic setting of a rapidly growing startup.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.

What will you be doing?

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of Growth Managers and Associates in various language regions, setting unified event registration and lead generation targets.

- Guide the research and prioritization of colleges and universities for NxtWave's events across different regions, ensuring cultural and linguistic alignment.

- Ensure the teams are effectively managing the entire lead lifecycle at events, from initial engagement to follow-ups until lead conversion.

- Foster the development and maintenance of positive relationships with educational institutions across -various language regions.

- Oversee and guide effective communication with decision-makers, hosting sessions, and giving demos in diverse linguistic environments.

- Analyze market potential across regions, track sales and status reports.

- Implement and suggest process improvements regarding the event lead funnel across different language areas, achieving sales targets on schedule.

- Share and analyze feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition in various regions.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of interactions and lead journeys across multiple languages.

What are we looking for?

- 4+ years of experience in managing diverse, multilingual event-focused teams, preferably in the EdTech sector.

- Ability to effectively communicate and manage teams across various languages.

- Sales experience in the EdTech domain is a significant advantage.

- A systematic, data-driven approach to building and managing event lead funnels across different regions.

- Strong interpersonal abilities and presentation skills to connect with diverse audiences.

- End-to-end ownership of all event and outreach initiatives in assigned territories.

- Willingness to travel to event locations when required.

Languages Known:

- Must be proficient in English.

Work Location & Working Days:

- Work from Office (Hyderabad) Involves traveling when required

- 6 Days a Week

Compensation:

Upto 16 LPA
