Responsibilities :

For Driving Campaigns to Generate B2B Leads :

Own all digital channels : Take ownership of NxtWave Hire - B2B Lead Generation digital strategy and manage all digital channels to drive awareness, consideration, lead generation, and acquisition. Manage all stages of the lifecycle from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.

Develop and Drive Digital Campaigns : Design and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns (paid, social, display, search) that reach target audiences, generate leads, acquire new clients, and fuel growth. Drive highly targeted campaigns based on content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.

Track & forecast digital spend and RoI : Manage channel spend and budget process to meet growth and ROI targets, including monthly forecasts and reporting. Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other initiatives.

Optimize conversion rates : Maximize campaign ROI via rigorous A/B and split tests into website and landing pages, and help optimize copy, creative, and audience targeting.

- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting across platforms, and other facets of ad-optimization.

- Strong Knowledge of CPC, PPC, Search ads, Display Ads, and Remarketing.

- Knowledge of running campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Google etc.

The ideal candidate for this role :

- Experienced performance marketer with 2-4 years in B2B lead generation through Digital Marketing.

- Good knowledge of how to optimize digital campaigns is preferred

- Good knowledge of Ads bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web tracking setup and troubleshooting.

- Highly analytical, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights & help feed these insights to senior management for decision making.

Work Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Working Days : 6 - Day Week

CTC : 6 to 10 LPA
