Job Brief:

We are seeking an outcome-driven Counsellor to guide undergraduate and final-year students enrolled in our courses through the process of pursuing their master's degrees overseas. The ideal candidate will exhibit a relentless growth mentality, possess profound expertise in international education, and have a strong commitment to achieving impactful outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized, outcome-oriented guidance to students considering pursuing master's degrees abroad in engineering.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in the study abroad sector and align counseling strategies to maximize student success.

In-depth knowledge of at least 1 country ( USA / UK / Australia/ New Zealand/ Ireland)

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on achieving impactful outcomes.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on influencing positive results.

- Highly organized, outcome-oriented multitasker with a growth mindset emphasizing continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in outcome-driven counseling for admissions to foreign universities and colleges.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Telugu, will be preferred.
