Nwaresoft - Associate - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an empathic Business Developer Associate for the NOIDA location with either a Fresher or a minimum of 1 Year of experience in offering the right service to customers/ clients, working with clients to create solutions for their needs, and consulting throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and keep a close eye on client's feedback.

Responsibilities and Duties :
Information Gathering and Team Coordination : Collaborate with our team to gather valuable information and insights.
Business Opportunity Pursuit : Proactively seek out new business opportunities and arrange meetings to explore potential collaborations.
Presentation Preparation : Prepare engaging presentations to showcase our solutions effectively.
Client Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Facilitate Communication : Act as a bridge between clients and our development team, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements.
Product Enhancement : Identify and suggest necessary features and improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate with clients to secure competitive pricing and mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications and Skills :
Exceptional Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with potential customers.
Analytical and Time Management : Proficient in analytical thinking and adept at managing time effectively.
Independence and Teamwork : Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Lead Generation : Experience in lead generation, prospect management, and goal-driven approaches.
