Job Overview :

- Looking out for experienced Sales Lead to grow our BFSI business in Western India, having prior experience in Banking, Finance, Stockbrokers and Insurance companies. 

- You will act as instrumental in defining the sales strategy for regions and executing the same to meet the individual, team, and organizational goals with a strategic mindset, analytical and strong stakeholder management skills to close deals from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

- Experience of executing BFSI sales

- 6+ year's experience in Banking sector sales role; specifically in Mumbai region and a good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools.

- Person is solely responsible for developing a domain-specific knowledge repository within the organization.

- The person will be the sole touchpoint for all domain-related information, queries, collaterals, promotion, strategy, etc.

- Drive end to end P& L for clients and geographies for BFSI Vertical.

- Accountable for identifying, mapping, and working with key stakeholders to win in the work.

- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

- Drive revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.

- Work closely with Inside Sales and Delivery team to Develop and/or expand relationships with new customers

Desired Skills and Experience :

- BE/B.Tech and an MBA degree from a Top Tier college.

- 6-8 years of experience in BFSI sales role in the Mumbai region (Mandatory to have).

- Experience of working in a start-up is preferred.

- Knowledge about FMCG, Retail, BFSI, Telecom is preferred

- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions accordingly.

- Proven ability to work with CXOs, and business heads.
