Work Mode : Onsite

- To drive the business through excellent execution and leadership skills. Driving business growth using innovation & insights. Should have strong business acumen.B2C & B2B Sales & Channel Management.

What will you be doing? (Aka Responsibilities)

- Key Account Management : Acts as a trusted advisor to key clients, grew revenue, and increase relationship management with them.

- Responsible for Business Development, Client acquisitions, Key Client handling, off line Sales, Retention of Clients, Revenue and growth management, agent and distributor management

- Assist in driving the brand recognition and business development efforts in the Institutional & Horeca market.

- Cascade the area sales targets to targets by brand, SKUs and channels basis sales trends, potential etc.

- Monitor allocated targets and conduct daily discussions with the team to review performance for all products. Identify deviation/s, analyze root cause and action plan/escalate for timely course correction

- Proven experience in achieving business goals in highly competitive environments with outstanding knowledge of business side.

- Deep dive into customer legacy systems, & implemented enhancements to streamline & improve process efficiencies using varied tools

- Manage the entire sales process from qualifying to closing.

- Proven ability to lead teams, work independently / cooperatively as a part of a global team to meet customers' objectives, and deadlines and be comfortable interacting with multiple levels of the organization.

- Constant learner, creative, inquisitive, people leader, and team

- Traveling across regions and finding out new business opportunities

Is this you ? (aka Must Haves)

- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales (channel & institutional), dealer management, training, planning, market activation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. market intelligence

- an understanding of how a startup environment is different from an established FMCG

- respect for timelines

- confidence to jump into the water and help a few more people to swim!

- Commercial skills with business acumen, High on Analytical Skills

- People Leadership Project Management Collaborating across boundaries Geographic Scope Critical.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, persuasion skills, time management

- Ability to change strategies and rethink conventional wisdom at any time.

- Comfortable with 2 alternate Saturdays working
