The Opportunity : To become the subject matter expert and help in the decision making process of key business proposals in a completely agile startup environment.

What you will do :

- You will focus on expanding market reach and active user base of the app by bringing retailers onboard and facilitating business growth.

- You will lead a team of 15-20 members who will drive sales and business development.

- You will also work closely with the category team to bring sellers onboard and make them successful.

- Ability to identify problems and potential solutions, data driven approach to driving business growth and a strong analytical mindset is key.

- We are looking for people who are independent and critical thinkers and try to take approaches to problem solving which are novel and beyond the obvious.
