We are looking at a self-driven, experienced Sales and Business Development Executive ( B2B ) to increase sales. Accomplished results-driven sales & marketing professional with an expertise in Sales & Marketing, Channel Sales, Channel Partner development, Client Relations, Customer Service and customizing solutions, Distribution Management. The candidate should be responsible for increasing revenues, creating and nurturing relationships, streamlining workflow and creating a teamwork environment.

Profile : Sales Executive ( Business development ) - B2B

Experience -2-5 years

Location - Chandigarh

Qualification: Graduate (Any Degree) or Master degree.

Responsibilities:

- Managing all B2B selling operations and activities.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.

- Reaching out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs

- Nurturing the leads and understanding their issues inside out

- Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections

- Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value

- Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue

- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information

- On-board customers and keep the communication alive

Requirement & Skills :

Experience - 2 to 5 years.

- Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Fluency in English & Hindi is required
