How does the role look like?

- The Territory Manager is primarily responsible for Business Development and Sales in cardiology segment, Meeting cardiologist conducting product demonstrations. Candidate should travel frequently and able to generate new sales leads on regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other internal stakeholders.

- An ideal candidate would be someone who is entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and some who can maintain excellent relationship with Pharmaceutical and Medical fraternity Industry!

What will you be doing?

You will be establishing and maintaining relationships with Top cardiologist, key influencers, key stakeholders of the hospitals and patients.

- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that the sales quotas for assigned territories are met.

- Participating in professional societies and attending trade shows to conduct product demonstrations. Ensuring that the brand awareness within an assigned territory meets the company's expectations.

- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks.

- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.

- Conducting surveys to better understand the client needs and Monitoring competitor's sales activity within an assigned territory.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 4-5 years in pharma/healthcare sales preferably in Cardiology.

- Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.

- Prior experience in start-ups or health-tech will be a plus

- Ability to adjust and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
