JD Digital Marketing Manager

Numberz: Collections/Accounts Receivables SaaS platform, that integrates with the existing ERP/CRM, making Getting Paid Faster on the unpaid invoices, Easier and Predictable. Improves Visibility and Predictability of cash flows and credit risks. Reduces Sales Outstanding, Disputes and bad-debts by 15-20% Increases the Productivity of Collections and Finance team by 40-50%

It can integrate seamlessly with any of the existing ERP and help streamlining the collections efforts, bringing down market outstanding figures, equipping corporates with sharp insights to make sound financial decisions. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work with the leadership team to define and understand the overall business objectives, Sales and Marketing objectives and translate the same into digital marketing objectives; define the workplan, budget and targets for each level in digital marketing and take full responsibility to deliver these 


- Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel 


- Build a complete digital strategy for the brand 


- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet 


- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media


 - Design, build and maintain our social media presence and brand in all relevant channels


 - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


 - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights


 - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 


- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 


- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 


- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


 - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels 


- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Skills Required :


 - Proven working experience in building brands through digital marketing 


- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 


- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels


 - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools


 - Working knowledge of ad serving tools


 - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns


 - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints


 - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience

- 4-5+ years of work experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

- Prior experience with CRM such as SalesForce / Hubspot would be a helpful

- Experience in a start-up sales environment is a plus

- Bachelor's degree or any other equivalent
