Role: Customer Support Executive

Job Location: Sector 16A, Noida, (Few steps away from metro station)

Work Hours: 9Hrs Shift between 8AM - 8PM

Job Role:

- Level 1 product support (Inbound calls + Out Bound Calls + Web mail) with Global Clients

- Monitor the Customer Service main office line

- Monitor the Customer Service inbox

- Event and Webcast management

- Assist other Customer Service teams as required

- Maintain data integrity in database

- Communicate with other departments, peers and global subsidiaries

- Provide support to the Operations, Sales and Marketing teams

- Create branded documentation

- Log customer requests and/or issues

- Actively participate in training and development programs

- Produce post-sales participant reports, FTPs or CDs as required

- Must have good communications skills to interact with Global Clients.
