Brief Introduction:

- N.R.Group, leader in Spiritual Products & Services space, is expanding its footprint in new initiatives centered around Culture & Education based service offerings.

- The requirement is for the newly launched eLearning service offering, in the Spiritual space viz. Spoken Sanskrit, Indian Languages, Culture and Ritual based courses etc.

Key Requirements:

- Ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of total experience including atleast 3-5 years in an eLearning company preferably in the current employment

- Should have exposure to B2C environment for global customer base

- Forte in Sales & Marketing combined with strong Operations based background

- Should be technology savvy and come up with out of the box solutions for better user experience

- Preference to women candidates

- Possess excellent communication, team building and inter-personal skills

- Should have led a team in the past

Job Role:

To manage and lead the eLearning service offering from Planning to Execution stage

Contribute to Sales & Marketing ; Operations including defining the Processes, Content strategy, Recruitment strategy and working closely with the Technology partner

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure registration of right and qualified Trainers for rapid scaling up of operations

Build a strong Sales and Marketing plan to achieve the targets

Manage the deployment of Social media and Digital Marketing to maximize the User and Customer reach

Manage the direct Selling of Classroom based sessions to Corporates and Educational institutes

Ensure recruitment of right personnel

Manage and control the Content for eLearning offering

Design the course curicullum and course structure with the support of Trainers

Manage the Technology partner to ensure great User experience

Manage Vendor relationship related to the service offering (Studios/Video-Photographers)

Come up with new Offerings and "Out of the Box" ideas to ensure better market reach
