At the same time we are building the OS (Operating System) that will supercharge their productivity and processes to ultimately make procurement autonomous.

- The B2B manufacturing industry has a lack of digitization globally. NowPurchase envisions being the operating system for metal manufacturers, starting off with foundries. The end goal is to be able to automate procurement by creating & connecting the different systems both on the software and hardware end (ex: furnaces, spectrometers)Describe the ideal candidate here.

Role Description :

Being a - Customer First- company, this is a critical position for us. NowPurchase is looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be passionate & have very strong communication skills. He/she will be majorly responsible for generating and managing potential leads for our SaaS platform (Metal Cloud) and own and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The goal is to explore 10,000+ metal manufacturers in India and convert them to potential leads.

What are the expectations from this role?

1.) Expect to operate as a self-starter. Be ready to pick up the phone and make calls. You are never bored of speaking to clients in the friendliest and most timely manner.

2.) Expect to promote our software, its features, and other services through email marketing.

3.) You will assist the Metal Cloud sales team in setting up demos/appointments (video or F2F) by conducting market research for lead generation and lead verification, matching customer profiles to products.

4.) Expect to Find out different sources to tap the possible potential clients (through Magazines, leads received post any exhibition, online marketing campaign, SEOs, etc.).

5.) Expect to prepare a database in a CRM system with a list of prospective clients and own it.

6.) Ensure to keep the client database up to date, keeping them warm. The follow-up game should be very strong ensuring that we do not lose out on any client.

7.) Expect to keep the communication open and work in tandem with the metal cloud onboarding and other support teams.

Who are you?

1.) Graduation is a MUST for this position

2.) 2+ years- experience in lead generation/Customer Service/Inside Sales. Preferable from an internet/software/e-commerce background.

3.) Strong communication skills in English, and Hindi.

4.) Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

5.) An understanding of the - Customer First- principle.

6.) Ability to ensure the job gets done.
